Tried the new pink wax and it worked very well. Removed the hair and was very easy on the skin. It is a good improvement on the standard pink hard wax.

I love this wax. It removes the coarse and fine hairs. Been using for 5 years. Highly recommend. Would like to try the rosin free wax in the future.
Only used about half a cartridge for both legs. It leaves a sticky remnant around the borders after youve pulled the strip but the after wax oil helps get that off at the end
Keeping it plugged in the whole time helped the process go faster and it takes about 40 or so mins to heat up initially. Dont hold it at 90 degree angle or the wax wont roll on
Felt moisturized afterward but had a funny synthetic scent to it if that makes sense
Very great product wax doesn’t really adhere to pellin very much at all maybe I’m not doing it right but overall really really really good product would recommend for dang near anyone

The Rosin free formula melts faster, but it is less effective at removing the hair and it is more painful. I got this on sale, but will go back to using the original formula.

Sooo pretty and sparkly, I don’t see the shimmer when I put it on my skin but I see it when I mix and it is just so mesmerizing 🥰
All 5 things came together which is good, but the wax warmer box came opened from the bottom and the top; the box was also a little beat up which is annoying. I also expected everything to come in a little cute box since it was a "kit" especially for the price but it didn't.
My order looks great, however, I did have to give it three stars because my wax warmer came damaged and dented. Great product overall, but I’m hoping I can get help with customer service to see what I can do.
