The Digital Warmer is 5 inches high by 3.5 inches wide (excluding the handle). Including the handle, the width is 5 inches. The warmer well measures 3 inches wide by 4 inches deep.

**1-YEAR WARRANTY: Starpil Wax wax warmers come with a one-year replacement warranty. If you encounter any issues with heating or warmer function within one year of the purchase date, you can contact us for evaluation. Step 1

Turn on your Digital Warmer and fill halfway with Hard Wax.

Step 2

When the wax is fully melted, turn the temperature to the correct temperature for the wax (70 for Blue, 65 for Pink & Black) Add more wax until nearly full and stir to achieve a thick, honey-like texture.

Step 3

Apply Starpil Pre-Wax Gel to the skin to prepare for waxing. Allow to absorb fully.

Step 4

Apply wax to the skin in the direction of hair growth and allow it to semi-harden.

Step 5

Remove in the opposite direction of hair growth parallel to the skin.

Step 6

Apply Starpil Post-Wax Oil to hydrate skin and allow it to absorb.

Hard wax is a type of wax that hardens/sets after application to the skin and does not require the use of strips for removal. Instead, hard wax is removed by pulling up the applied wax strip directly.

Hard wax is heated in a hard wax warmer and applied to the skin using a spatula. This wax hardens after being applied to the skin and is removed by pulling the strip in the opposite direction of hair growth.
