Client Appreciation

Let’s take a moment and appreciate the amazing people that make your career possible - your clients! Besides the fact that you are skilled and worked extremely hard to become an esthetician, your clients are the ones that believe in you and keep pushing you to do what you do best. Obviously, your waxing technique is on point and they want silky smooth skin by you and only you! With that being said there are some things that you need to do to keep those client relationships satisfactory -

• You have to keep your clients happy so always be thorough, be kind, and be aware.
• You need to make sure they are fully satisfied with their appointment outcome and keep coming back so make every appointment a pleasant one.
• You want to have a solid client base of customers that appreciate you and their waxing results so establish great communication and maintain a positive attitude to keep those relationships long-lasting.
• You love to do what you’re doing because you are confident in your craft, motivated, and admired by your clients - time to send a little appreciation to those who made your dreams come true.

This holiday season I encourage you to do something special for your amazing clients. Let them know how much they mean to you in a few simple ways. A little goes a long way or if you’re feeling extra generous then, by all means, go the distance to make someone’s day!

Here are a few suggestions:

Thank You Card

Mail or hand in person a handwritten card saying how thankful you are to have them as a client.

Social Shoutout

Send a little love via the internet - Tweet, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube a shoutout to your clients letting them know that you are grateful for their business!

Free Service or Service Discount

If you’re feeling extra generous you could offer them a free waxing service or a discount on a service of their choice to show them just how much you appreciate them. But before you start gifting services make sure you have enough Starpil hard wax beads to go around. 

Holiday Gift

You could give them a stocking stuffer like candy, candle, or simple gift card to their favorite store. If you are really feeling in the giving mood then by now you should know what your clients like so go for it - buy that fancy pashmina scarf, a bottle of nice wine, or perfume big spender.
